We stayed for sevaral days in La Fortuna which is much more developed than Santa Elena. The small town feels like both a nice place for the locals and a great tourist destination. We found several inexpensive restaurants + purchased food from the market and super mercado.

This was our last stop before heading back to Costa Rica Backpacker's Hostel in San Jose.
